By accessing or using the Clean Fox Home Cleaning website, booking system, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Services
Clean Fox Home Cleaning provides professional home cleaning services at your specified location, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, Airbnb turnover, and green cleaning. All services are subject to availability and property condition assessment at the time of service.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
You may book services through our online booking system. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services are listed on our website and may be subject to change based on property size, condition, and specific requirements. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified during checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
5. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Google Sign-In
You may sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you authorise us to access the basic profile information provided by Google (name, email address, and profile picture) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not access or store your Google password.
7. Property Access and Liability
You are responsible for providing safe access to your property. We take utmost care when cleaning your home. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, or delicate items not properly secured or disclosed. Please inform our team of any sensitive areas, valuables, or special instructions before service begins.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Clean Fox Home Cleaning and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Fox Home Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
